“…results showed a substantial improvement in outcomes for women who had both a birth partner and a doula, compared to having a birth partner alone. The Cesarean rate for these first-time mothers was 25% in the group with a partner only, and 13.4% in the group with a partner and doula. The women who had their labor medically induced experienced an even more striking decrease in the Cesarean rate with a doula—the Cesarean rate with labor inductions was 58.8% in the group without a doula, and 12.5% in the group with a doula. Also, fewer women in the doula group required an epidural (64.7%) compared to those without a doula (76%).
Research has shown that the most positive birth experiences for fathers were ones where they had continuous support by a doula or a midwife. In the McGrath and Kennell study, the women and their partners who had a doula overwhelmingly rated the support of their doula as positive— with 93% rating their experience with the doula as “ very positive” and 7% as “positive.”

These visits are typically in your home or at a predetermined location to discuss birth plan, care strategies, labor preparation and allows me to answer any questions that may arise.

Resources specific to all your pregnancy and delivery needs a well as, location specific professional referrals for, but not limited to; Massage therapy, Chiropractic, Nutrition, Lactation consultant, Birthing classes and educational materials.

Sometimes life flips upside down in the blink of an eye. I never want my clients to feel worried about not having a doula present on the big day which is why we offer a backup Certified Birth Doula Guarantee to ensure you that no matter what life throws at us we will always have your back.

This journal is designed to make your pregnancy to postpartum journey simple with checklists, questions, referrals, and education materials all in one convenient little book.

When you reach 38 weeks of pregnancy I am at your service 24/7 until you deliver your baby.

It is my mission to make your labor and delivery dreams come to fruition, which is why I offer unlimited labor and delivery support. No matter what that looks like to you, I will be there.

1-2 hours following delivery to answer any questions, help initiate desired feeding plan and make sure mom, baby and partner are comfortable and confident.

This is our final visit, typically held in the leisure of your own home or a pre determined location. We will take this time to help answer any questions and provide you with any additional information to help you through postpartum.
